Exit 25B on I-64 is the worst wendys anywhere. I love wendys, but this one is the worst!
It took three people to figure out how to make me a sandwich without meat. The cashier was rude, and he even put my receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me. You would think that, for a food joint inside a truck stop, that they would treat trucker's better. Next time, I will just walk across the street to Taco Bell.
Don't go there late at night expecting fresh food or a caring staff because you'll find neither after 10pm. After going there after work and waiting a long time to get food that's not hot or even right. I just gave up and stopped going there past a certain time. During the day, it's fine.
They only had two choices for breakfast. An artisan sandwich or gravy and biscuits. I was so excited to see Wendy's and was ready for one of the chicken honey butter biscuit - but NOOOOOO!
Very good place to stop in and have a good meal. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Clean setting area to set and enjoy your meal. Stop in and check them out.
